Our Sign Trays are manufactured from durable aluminium, with folded edges and welded corners. This sign system is a perfect choice for a durable and low maintenance sign.

Trays are manufactured from 3mm thick aluminium. Maximum size in one piece is 2950mm x 1425mm x 50mm but larger sizes can be achieved by connecting panel sections together with either flex plates or interlocking clip extrusion along the joins.

All of our trays can be supplied in a colour of your choice. The trays are prepared then powder coated to give a very durable finish.

When fixing to a wall, aluminium angle bars are fixed to the wall first then the tray is placed over the angle bars. The finished tray is fixed in place through the panel edge which eliminates fixings on the face of the tray.

Sign trays can be illuminated with effective trough lighting either above or below the finished sign. These lights can be made to any length and powder coated to compliment the main sign. For larger signs we can supply bespoke projecting brackets so the light can be evenly dispersed and illuminate the full height of the sign.

Sign trays can be fret cut with logos and text then have coloured acrylic fixed behind the face to create the desired colour. The sign is then illuminated by fixing LED modules internally. Due to the low power consumption of LED’s, this type of lighting has low running costs while also benefiting from longevity and low maintenance.
